Just now I realised that 55 is basically 10 x 11 / 2, which is, again,
1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9 + 10.

How about a story, then?
The decreasing saga
"Oh Sir, please push harder, deeper, faster, further inside now!"

  2. The bimodal is innovative. The decreasing sequence has been around for a while. In fact in the early years, 2005, my be, Aniruddha Gupta (gamemaster g9) actually wrote it with Samit Basu (the very famous sci-fi fantasy writer, who used to be in my Presi class) as the subject. And boy did we laugh!

  6. There have been emails and comments pouring in, mentioning that they have seen the decreasing series before. Well, I understand it has happened before, but, well, as far as I am concerned, it was an original one.

  7. Idea is good... But I reckon-
    i) In the decreasing saga the decrease could happen from the start too..:P

    ii) It should be multi-modal instead of bimodal. :P
